About Our Beef Operation at Silmar Industries

Our story begins in Mexico, where we were both born and raised before continuing our education and work experiences in Canada. After marrying in 2015, we established our life here full-time.

In 2020, we purchased our first farm and launched a beef operation, building on the values of dedication, resilience, and hard work rooted in our Mennonite heritage. By 2021, our family began to grow with the birth of our son, followed by our daughter in 2023.

In 2025, we expanded our vision by founding a trucking hotshot company, aiming to become the leading local hauling provider in our area.

Our foundation is built on integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. We are committed to delivering reliable service, going above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients while building lasting relationships within our community.
